Each session is held immediately before the Club's service project (Sack Pack) at Cobb Co. Fire Station 5's Community Room (4336 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA 30339). Use the parking lot next to the station house that is in front of "Another Broken Egg" and walk through the front door of the station house. Session One is typically on even numbered months and Session Two is typically on odd numbered months. These sessions are intended to provide new members with tangible information about VCR, how to get plugged in, and the various opportunities afforded to Rotarians. Attendees are encouraged to bring their mobile phone, table, or laptop to also get a tour of our online presence, links, and members-only items. Hosts: Brant Campbell and Jennifer Humphrey 7p Sack Pack - Lunches for Table on Delk Vinings Cumberland Rotarians invite the community to join them on the Second Thursdays of the month to assemble lunch sacks (chips, sandwiches, etc.) that are distributed the next day by The Table on Delk to children getting off the school bus in the immediate vicinity of Delk Road and Interstate 75. The Table on Delk is committed to serving individuals at risk of sex-trafficking. Part of that mission includes addressing critical needs of mostly women and their young families to decrease that risk, desperation, and food insecurity. The Sack Pack is held in the Community Room at Fire Station No. 5 in Vinings (4336 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA 30339). Please park next store at Another Broken Egg (which will be closed at that time) and follow the sidewalk. LOCATION: 4336 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 (intersection of Paces Ferry and Paces Mill). Rotary Host Jennifer Humphrey: 404-409-1348 | 10 | 11 |
