Atlanta Mission runs a temporary home for women where there are taught basic life skills, kids cared for and in this case how to interview for a job. Six of our members run mock interviews for 4 or 5 women each, giving feedback as the go. Interviewees are asked to dress in business appropriate attire for these sessions. Afterwards the women are encouraged to use Atlanta Mission resources to find actual companies with which to interview and get back in the work force.
