| Body | The nominees for president, president elect and secretary, except in the case of malfeasance, resignation or other good cause determined by the Committee, shall be the current president elect, the current secretary, and the current treasurer, respectively. No Member shall be elected treasurer who has not served on the Board for at least one year as of the date of the election. |
